When will the Internet user's data be deleted?
As part of the statistical analysis of Internet users' browsing on the Site, the data used to generate a cryptographic fingerprint is deleted as soon as it is generated. Analytical statistics and anonymised information are then kept for 12 months.
The form data is kept for 12 months after the message is received.
The email addresses of Internet users who have signed up for the CODE IS LAW newsletter are kept until they unsubscribe.
What are the rights of Internet users?
CODE IS LAW informs each Internet User that he or she has the individual right to request access to, rectification or deletion of his or her personal data. The Internet User may also request a limitation of the Processing carried out on his/her data or the right to object to the Processing as well as the right to data portability.
